yeah it's called a "play and charge kit" you plug it into the top of your controller and into anything with a USB input and it charges, you can also use it as a wired controller if your battery is dead.

Another thing about the play and charge kit. If you turn off the Xbox while the controller is plugged in, the Xbox will run enough power to charge the controller until the battery is full.

I find it easier just to use batteries. I personally wont fucking remember to plug the damn thing in. Its just easier to replace the batteries.
