Socom 2 Online

Does anyone still play this? I've been wanting to get back into online play on my PS2 and I really don't like Socom 3 or Combined Assault. The last time i play Socom 2, it was infested with glitchers and rank-up rooms. Is it any different nowadays?

No, still the same glithchers. No one plays the game fairly anymore. I haven't played in a couple months but I doubt anything has changed

That sucks. I remember when Socom 2 was in it's prime. Then glitchers and then those paintball server filling up the briefing rooms. Argh.

Yea it really went downhill. But I'm about to get an Xbox Live Subscription and am looking forward to playing Rainbow Six online. Even though I don't really like the game itself it reminds me alot of Socom.

dude...socom 2 was like crack to me. It wasn't rare for me to play that shit for like 7 hours straight

lol. yea it was pretty addictive when it first came out but for me after a while it became repetitive.

Damn, that was one of my all time favorite games to play...I put hundreds of hours into that game, without a doubt...

Hell, I spent hundreds of hours just in gnk, paintball, and hide and seek rooms alone!
