Anyone know how to get windows to save to a certain directary automaticaly every time?

Lets just say I download a lot of files and "movies". And im looking for a way to do it faster. What it currently does is I click on a link, it opens up a "Save or Open" box, I click save, then it asks me "Where to?" and im like, to the same place it always go to, the fucking desktop.

Is there some way to just click a download link and it automaticaly puts the file on my desktop skipping all those steps?

Also other usefull information is: I cant use download managers (school firewall).

Anyone who can have a solution is brilliant.

Cant, I need to use AOL Explorer. Or else the fucking "Websence" firewall blocks it.

I dont really know why AOL bypasses the firewall but if I knew... I could manipulate some things if you know what I mean.

Off topic but Garymax do you by chance play garrys mod 10?

Never heard of it till I Google'd..

Anyway there is no way to do it in AOL, Firefox does it for you automatically, so /thread.
