Cant access a website

For some reason there is a baseball forum that I havent been able to go on for a week now. So today I finally looked into it on google, but nothing has worked yet. I did all the steps here (http://www.4creatingawebsite.com/cant-access-website.htm). Still can't go on. They didn't ban me because I went on at school. I thought maybe they accidently IP banned me, they said they didn't. Anyone ever have this problem?

Have you cleared all the internet poop off yet? Cookies, internet temp, etc.

It happens to me here some times. There are some cookies that this place doesn't seem to like.

try looking at your lmhosts file make sure their domain is not blocked. this could be one reason
