Help With Flash

:confused: Can anyone help me with flash? OK, I made a flash movie and I want to put add it to my website with html, does anyone know a good web host thats free that I can do that? And I get confused with the html, It doesnt work. If you want to see how my website looks now with the html code in it go there. www.vincesworld.cjb.net The flash movie I made is blank, it doesnt load. :confused:

If you have broadband, just host your own site with apache. http://httpd.apache.org/ run a server from your house.
