Damn this game was a waist of money. Boring plot.. its not even an rpg it just lets you think its one with a shitty linear plot that has options A and B both of which lead you to the exact same ending in the end anyway. Annoying characters that are unoriginal, topped off with bad camera angles, and awkward combat simulator.

I hate how you constantly have to click your enemies to stay in comabt. Not only that but your allies are morons and cast field spells right on top of your own guys. Sometimes they dont even enter combat and just stand around. At least the graphics are better though but even they are demanding of your computer.

My only hope is that a PW is made which uses the games potential and makes something awesome out of it saving this hunk of shit in the end.

I disagree. The first game is in my top 10 of all time. With the endless mods, a better DM mode, superior multi-play, better camera and controls... basicly an all around better game. Hell, even the char models look better after the CEP. NWN2 was probally the single most disapointing game for me in the past 7 years.

yah I liked the first game more but still, it is the same game just a different engine. If they had stuck with the same engine as in the first, the game would have been way better.

I tried it, but didn't like it. I liked nwn, but there was just something about nwn2 that I didn't like. It didn't run properly on my laptop, had weird camera angles.. I'm happy I didn't buy it, I was planning to buy a special pre-order collector's edition (I love shit like that) but didn't at the last moment.

Yeah, I played NWN2 for like 5 hours, then I put it down, cried myself to sleep, and never played it again.

It just was not fun. It was a chore to play. The camera was horrible.

I never played the first one, but I heard it was tits.

I played NWN2 at my friends house and liked it since I have no problems fighting with the camera, EXCEPT for Genji days of the blade, that was just horrible. But I am waiting to buy it cause my comp isn't good enough, but the question is: Did I not get far enough in the game to the point that I would want to throw my monitor against a wall?
