I think there have much better film mistakes than this, like in Teenwolf where the extra has his wang hanging out...

I've actually never seen a picture of that. If it very noticeable?

 I think you got a point.

One error that sticks in my mind is in Pearl Harbor, when there is a shot that is supposed to show the Japanese carrier strike force, but a closer look shows a modern carrier battle group complete with a Nimitz class carrier.

It was just, the first one, but lame! Think about it, all of the overdone hype aside, it had pretty well all the elements of the first movie, minus the fact that the first one was a totally new idea.

Not to incite more hardcore flaming, but

Movie Mistake #3:

Peter Jackson's King Kong

The biggest movie mistake was when filming I think it was Twilight Zone or Poltegiest(sp?) or something, the helicopter used in a stunt caught turbulance from a pyro explosion and ended up decapitating 2 or 3 actors. I'm sure someone knows this story, but I'm to lazy to look it up.

It was on the set of "Twilight Zone: The Movie."

Yeah the three people killed were Vic Morrow (I remember him from watching the TV series "Combat" regularly on History Television), and two children (Myca Dinh Le and Renee Shin-Yi Chen) The people in the helicopter survived with minor injuries. As a result of the accident, major changes were made to Child Labor Laws and safety regulations on film sets.

The scene depicting Morrow's and the two children's demise was cut from the finished movie. (It was replaced with a scene depicting Morrow's character being carted off by train to a Nazi death camp.) It also marked the end of the friendship between Steven Speilberg and John Landis. Speilberg was already angry due to Landis' violation of many safety codes including the use of live ammo on set

lol, live ammo.

I know what you mean. I'm all for maintaining realism in films depicting firefights and/or battle scenes, but c'mon, having live ammuniton being used on a set is ridiculous.
