Yes, but you can only play videos that are streamed with flash 7 or lower.

The Psp sucks as a web browser. It's cache isn't big enough for most flash files and it can't even load large pictures.

I tried connecting it to my wireless router but it didn't find it. Either that or it didn't connect to it properly. Any ideas on how to get it to work?

Get the mac address of the wii and try adding it to the allow list of your router mate. If it's encrypted you'll also have to add the password to the wii as well.
