Sorry for not hotlinking the pictures, for some reason I couldn't get it to work
Moving sprays are awesome specially when you see so few people with them, they also can be used to your advantage. I use porn or trippy sprays, your enemy can be running by and stop to gander at your spray thats when you pop him one in his dome. Anyways, I started this thread so you guys can learn this too.
Step one:
Find a GIF or short movie clip. I'll be using this one.

Step two:
Get a program that can separate GIF or movie files in single frames. I used Macromedia Fireworks 8. You have to save each frame as a jpeg. Try not to have too many frames, because there is a size limit to your spray. I'll explain that later.

Step three:
Use the VTF editor.

This program was made by the HL2 develop team and took a hell of a time to find. Open the program and go File->Import and find the images you saved and select them all.

Play the file make sure everything is working fine and save it. Now if it's over 125k it will not work in CS.
Step four:
Go to "C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\youraccountname\counter-strike source\cstrike\materials\VGUI\logos" and paste your VTF file in that folder.
Go into the game and search for the VTF file and import it. Sometimes it will be put in the list automatically and sometimes if you place the file in its right location steam will do a update.

This is what it should appear in game. Now you can get a clearer image with less frames too look better. I would've spent the time to make it clearer, but I was just trying to show you guys examples.
