anyone know cheats on how to unlock all of the areas and being able to buy any house in the game and go to all the stores?

got an action replay?

if you do I can upload my almost 100% saved game I missed out 4 unique jumps and now I don't know which ones they are so I never bothered getting anything else in the collectables like clams and horseshoes but it has all driving schools at gold and everything unlocked
