Will there be a San Andreas Stories? I played through all of the PS2 Grand Theft Auto Games, including the main series, and the Story series.

I've heard there are no plans, but with GTA4 coming, my guess is that it's just about where their focus is right now. San Andreas Stories sounds like a hot idea to me though, and from what I understand, porting to the PSP from a PS2 is a snap.

unfortunately though, san andreas is HUGE, in fact it almost didn't fit on a regular DVD9, so really i can't see something as big as san andreas fitting on a UMD which is less than 2 gigs i think.
Maybe they'll make a new city.Carcer City maybe.

It can be possible but they have tio then take off some of the country side maps.
Plus the most space that was used on the PS2 DVD were from the sounds.

Games have been reduced in size before. Tomb Raider, Age of Empires, and other games have been reduced to only a few megs for the Pocket PC with little to no loss of visual quality. The PSP has a poorer graphics rendering capability than the PS2, so they could find ways to cut corners to spare space, or at least I'd think so. Anything is possible.
