you cant own a f1 and only do the speed limit, you have to go at least 50 mph over it. i would only use the f1 if i had a track to drive on, other than that i wouldnt use it

thats not true when you get the GOVERNMENT rated mod chip (also known as a governor chip) you can go whatever speed you want b/c it loweres the firing rate so in turn you get lower revs which deplete horses but allow you to drive street


i think what you meant to say is that you cant RUN at a constant slow rate of speed in that car....................... b/c to not beable to do under 50 mph AT ALL means you wouldent be able to accelerate to over 50 (catch my drift)
