Um, yeah. I have played the game too, and beat it. Took me bout 20 trys (inbetween classes at school) Pretty neat game. Once you figure out all the exact situations that you cant win, you just figure out how to reverse that so that HE cant win ;) If you want hints on the game you can msg me and Ill get back to ya

what is the formula on how to beat that game..what are the diferant ways to beat that game? I have played it over and over and I am so close but he always get me down to 6 or 4 and its always in his favore.

Here ya go guys, here is the actual mathematical way to beat the game. It's actually based off an old math game called Nim..

Its actually a binary mathematic puzzle...there is only one solution to it, and it involves binary numbers...here

1 = 1
2 = 10
3 = 11
4 = 100
5 = 101
6 = 110

Those are the binary numbers of the number of pearls in each row. The trick of this game is to always leave the dude with a sum of all the row's binary number with all even numbers, such as 202, 222, 022, etc (yes 0 can be considered an even number).

An example would be if there were 3 pearls in one row, 2 pearls in a second row, and 1 pearl in a 3rd row, here is what the math would look like

3 pearls = 11 + 2 pearls = 10 + 1 pearl = 1, so simply put, that means 11+10+1 = 022. If YOU made that move to make the pearls look like that, you are going to win, because you have left him with an even number! Just make sure you ALWAYS leave him with an even number, and he will get trapped and not be able to make a winning move. It only takes about 4 or 5 turns to win, can't remember off the top of my head.

I wont tell you how to do it, but if you just flex your math muscles, you'll figure it out quite easily...oh yeah and ignore his giggles when you know you're doing it right, it is to throw you off.
