A nice call. You had them engaged very nicely and even got the guy to apologize to your dog, that was classic. I was thinking about what a good call would be during all these pet food recalls, would be to call up and complain about feeling sick yourself, because you have a liking to one of the specific brands of dog food. Anyway, post more calls if you any. Also, use a host that allows the call to streamed, like zshare.net or youshare.com It makes things a little easier.
