No it hasn't. Maybe if business owners would hire AMERICANS at minimum wage rather than illegal immigrants at $4.50 an hour, these unemployed individuals wouldn't be so unemployed anymore. Maybe if more state and federal aid went to inner city schools so that students can actually recieve adequate resources for learning, urban youth might be able to get a decent education. Then the crime rate would go down, illegal immigrants would go somewhere else, and things would be alot better. But no. Our whole economy relies on a poor, un-skilled, uneducated lower class for the higher classes to profit off of. Hire the illegals and you don't have to pay them as much for the same amount of work. So as long as shit stays this way, it's AMERICAN culture that leads to a decline in society and an increase in unemployment and crime.....and bloods and crips will continue to shoot at eachother.

Maybe it's just me but I sort of liked the whole cartoony, goof-off atmosphere of the other GTAs. This one seems to be moving into a grittier theme.
