(I respect and even liked slash and GnR at one point, I saw STP 3 times on tour I wanted this band to succeed and put out some kick ass relevant music, unfortunately so far they haven't. If they were a garage band I'd say ok. But when considering who is behind this music it is a total disappointment. I'm just not one of the tool bags who will praise anything an artist puts out just because I'm a fan.)

I'm kinda with you on this...it wasnt horrible, but it was really unimpressive.

Slash is never gonna get the fame and respect he did before he was in GnR, not with songs like this. It was alright, like I said, but I found myself bored with it before I even finished it. It wasnt very original or unique in any way.

Contraband was a good solid hard rock album. Superhuman was probably my fav song - nice riff and a sweet bass groove.
