Get Fatal Frame II and I, those are some good scary games. Only ones that made me get fucking scared shitless and not want the lights turned off. Play it with the lights off! :ohnoes: (sounds pussy I know but it was scary)

Yeah, its worth it. Its different and not as good as the other games in the series, but still a very good and weird game. Its first in the last half of the game it gets creepy though.

Outbreak has gotten horrible reviews.

I'm a huge fan of the Silent Hill series, having played them numerous times and still continue to do so. However, I'd have to say Silent Hill 4 was a huge disappointment; no real puzzles, annoying enemies and characters, too much backtracking through ridiculously restricted areas. It had some innovative aspects, but the cons of the game far outweighed the pros.

Still, if you can get it for cheap then it might be worth a look. Some people think the game's excellent, but not me.

Yes Outbreak sucked huge black cock. It just sucked for some reason, it was fun unlocking the charactars but other than that it just plain sucks.

And yes Fatal Frame is different thats why its a good game to get :bigwink:

Only played a demo of that. It was back when I first got the ps2 so I thought the graphics were fucking amazing. Yeah, it was pretty creepy, but I could imagine me getting tired of it pretty quick since it seemed kinda repetive and maybe a little too dark and depressing. I cant really say though since it was just a demo.

Later on in the game you'll get into the story. Thats how i was when i first played it but you just need to get alittle bit farther in the game and things start to heat up. :boink:

If you're going to get SH4 do what I did and only play it at night by yourself with the lights off.

Otherwise it's hilariously not scary.

I've only gotten up to the scary ass orphanage so far, getting through the woods was creepy because I did what I mentioned above.

The woods level (first time) is like a nice evening walk and a break from the horror. Actually, the entire first half of the game isnt really like horror, but then it comes.

The woods creeped me out, mainly because I was 11 years old and I knew it was a horror game, not knowing when something was going to come out :(

And also because I couldn't see shit captain, with all those awesomely pixilated fog graphics :uhoh:
