The first three pokemon games were absolutely awesome, red blue and yellow. Some of the best games on the gameboy without a doubt.. 10/10. Gold and silver were still good, but not quite as good as the first. The rest just got totally shit. I bought a GBA just so i could buy sapphire and was massively disappointed. I did but the remake of pokemon blue for the GBA though, so at least i have that.

I had some good times on Pokemon Red and Yellow when I was like 8-10.... those games were kickass.

I played all the games except the spin offs like Mystery Dungeon and the one game where you are a ranger or some shit. And except Pearl/Diamond. Those games honestly aren't worth playing anymore. Same shit, different Pokemon, 4 or 5 new moves.
