7 series cards fully support SM 3.0.

I'm 95% sure you'll be find. You won't be able to play the game with all the settings on maximum (probably medium or medium high) and you won't be able to play in DX10, but it'll still work.

Yeah, DX10 is nVidia 8 series and above only.

i have a 7900 GS on my laptop and i downloaded the demo...it played well at low and medium graphics settings

My brother has a dual core 3.0 GHz and 2GB of RAM. Downloaded the demo, at the lowest possible settings got an average of 10 FPS. The problem? His Radeon X1300 graphics card.
