Can't Remove Picture

When trying to remove an image from my profile the standard "Do you really want to remove this media from the system?" message, but instead of removing it, this happens:

Before that page fully loads (whatever its trying to load) I get redirected to this:
http://img452.imageshack.us/img452/1543/wtf2kn9.gif
which is just the ads that appear in the navbar (minus everything else on the page).

tried reproducing this. When i click delete, i get the prompt asking if im sure..but when i click ok, nothing seems to happen. So I try to refresh the page and this is what i see:
