Specific question... any players drink pedialyte during games? I tried it once (unflavored, big mistake.. YUCK), but I know it can really help rehydrate you during a game. Do you mix it with water? What are the best flavors? TIA.
sometimes there's beer on the bench...
i dunno wha pedialyte is though.... most often see water or gatorade/powerade

Alot of pro players drink that; best idea would be to go to nhl.com and blog about it if you're really interested.
I personally stick with Vitamin water or Gatorade with some smelling salts.

I'm a goalie. Sometimes when I'm very tired or shitty before a game, I put glucose in my water bottle. If you drink 750ml of water with that in it before a game then have it on the bench during a game, you'll be flying around that arena with loads of energy in no time. With that in my system I thought I was Patrick Roy in goal. Stopping pucks like crazy.
