I started reading the US Army hand to hand combat manual 3 or 4 years ago. I've been training in Muay Thai off and on for about 2 years.

I've done some boxing, muay thai, BJJ, and wrestling.

I did some amateur boxing when I was younger but I haven't really competed in anything other than some BJJ tournaments for the past 6 years or so.

i'm getting into my amateur kickboxing career, i'm suppose to have my first fight in september.
