I dunno if anybody knows this, but I am a regular listener of Phil Hendrie (the host of that show).

Anyways the secret behind all of his gigs like this are that he is not only Phil Hendrie, but also the guy calling in offering advice. Listen to certain parts and you'll notice they never talk on top of each other, but very close. He's good at what he does and he can convince lots of naive people. He gets people to call in all the time that agree with Phil Hendrie and argue with his fake person at the same time. If you liked this bit he did you should listen to lots of his other stuff. Somethings are so extreme and crazy and way out there that it will amaze you that there are stupid people that believe it is real.

Anyways I just wanted to post this because it seemed like Ebaum didn't know (from his description). Or maybe he was just trying to keep it a secret? Well looks like I ruined it anyways =)

You beat me to posting my thoughts on this. I used to be regular but can't find it here in NY and Phil Hendrie is indeed all of his guests. so this is him talking to himself basically.

Ya I think it makes it funnier to know he is doing the voices, yet the people calling in to argue don't know they are talking to him! :)

Yeah I agree with Waysloppy. It makes it even more hilarious to think how stupid the people are that call in and argue. I mean if some of them would just listen to themselves for a couple minutes they'd die of embarassment.

As long as his regular listeners (probably those who don't go online) don't know, it will be fun to listen to. The guy is not that popular yet, which seems like it will hurt him, because the more popular he gets, the more people will learn of his "secret" and ruin the whole system. I guess if there are callers who don't know, it will work. We need more audio of this guy.

I didn't believe it when I first heard it so I did research on Phil Hendrie. Crap radio like this has got to go! I don't understand how 30 minutes of speaking to a fake caller is funny! This is the kind of awful radio that will be dominating the airwaves if the FCC and George W. get their way. Screw this...I'm going to satellite.
