what i am a bit unsure of is, which car ran the red light. Im pretty sure it was the one coming from the right, but it could go either way.

im pretty sure the PT cruiser is the one that caused this, the other side is coming to a stop so that would mean red light for them and the pt... while the suv was probobly coming from further away and didnt even slow down cause he hit the green light.

Shouldn't he have been waiting at the crosswalk until the light changed and the cars were going the other way?
He would have had a "don't walk" signal.

So...he was crossing the street when it said don't walk and the cars were coming from the other way!! Ya, he didn't know some car was going to plow through and cause an accident, but he was crossing the street when he should hev been waiting!! It is his own damn fault he got hit!!

Correct me if I am wrong about this....

Reviewing it some more and it actually lookes like the bottom of the car hit the one walking and drug them before flipping back over :( I hope he was lucky and walks away with bruises [but prolly not]

agreed... he was walking through on a yellow light at an intersection of a highway with lights... not very bright individual, not something youd expect from someone with an education (he has a bookbag on)

the way i see it he gets hit the car rolls over him with the tires on the ground and the book bag is the thing that is rolled over.

if your using media player hold down cntrl+p and you can see the white shirt on the floor as the car goes over it with the tires.

I actually watched this on the news hours after it happened because it happened in my home town. Messed up thing is, everyone survivied without life threatening injury.

I noticed that the pt actually side swiped the suv. Even though it appears to be the other way around.

I also noticed that the pt wasn't driving in a straight line, but infact, steared left more into the car. Instead of going straight or right. Which is dumb, because if it had turned more right, it would have spun the back of the car around and it probably wouldn't have rolled.

But, suv's roll easily anyways, so, who knows.

Bottom line, the light was red for sure. The PT sped past it, T-Boned the Subaru, and the concave PT dent in the Subaru just so happened to land right on the guy that was walking across the street. He lives. One bittersweet ending.

I think that was God telling that dude to wake the f*ck up.

If that was me then i would have been on the sidewalk with my mouth wide open when the accident happened. If you cross a dam road you have to keep your eyes open, else it's your own fault, no1 asked that guy to be so stupid :mad:

And BTW: Maybe the PT saw the guy crossing the street and thought, that if that guy is crossing the street there, then i must have green light(subconsiously or something). So maybe it was all his fault!

jesus christ...theres not much left to say cuz its all been said but one thing: i noticed when i did zoom and slow motion(ctrl+p)(in windows media) the lady in the pt immediatly hit the brake to leave the other car rolling and i could see what looked like she kinda smiled..not to clear of a vision so im not sure or maybe im just crazy...if u have windows media then put it on full screen zoom and slow motion and see if u can spot it..

nope i was wrong...sorry...i thought i saw a smile it was a small reflection..i thought this was fake at first cuz if u notice..the cars all coming up to the red light stopped as if nothing happened..it looked like every car was just normally sitting there waiting and camera affects added in the guy walking and the pt and the whatever other car..the cars coming up to the red light came to a slow stop instead of freaking out...
