Microsoft taking to long for packaging materials

I called customer service almost a week ago and got everything set up. They told me they are sending packaging materials...should they be here yet or does it take a while?

They should have givin you a CS number, I would try to call them up and check to see if it was sent to the wrong address.

When I called, they had all sorts of problems trying to verify my address, and I called about a week ago as well.

But I luckly got mine, sent it out this morning accually.

I would agree about the tracking number.

Right now the proccess is taking 5weeks in the US and about 3 weeks total for canadians, A. Be prepared for delays because there is ALOT of broken 360s coming in for repair right now.

Same exact problem here. Called about a week ago and still boxless.
