Gawd damnit, I don't care if this thread is early, but it was a hit thread last year and there's nothing else going on in these forums. And with the pre-season basically two weeks away........ Why not? You know the rules, ask a fact or fiction question and the next poster responds and posts his own question. Try to give reasons on your response.

No team in the NFC would even be able to compete against the Pats/Colts/Chargers, etc. I know after all the years of serious ass poundage the NFC has received over the years from the AFC the pathetic underdogs have hope each year but it's just not going to happen.

He did very well, then he did really shitty. I assume you are saying the fluke was that he did he did well, in that case ill say Fact. He will show glimpses of brilliance, but he gets that gun slinger mentallity and fucks it up a lot.

F/F Larry Johnson's Holdout goes into the season

BigMac

I'm going to say fiction, I've never seen him as someone who would holdout for so long that he'd lose playing time...... but you never know these days.

F/F Worthlessburger is once again one of the worst QBs in the league, proving again that all the pieces were just in the right place the year he won the superbowl.

Uh, fiction, he never was one of the worst QBs, as I recall it was the passing game that defeated the Bengals, Broncos, and Colts in the 2005 playoffs. He'll come back better this season without The Unentertainer Wilson starting at the #2 slot and a more oriented coach who doesn't believe in the run-run-pass scenerio about..hm, every drive, and might actually believe in passing to tight ends. You don't go from 2 very good seasons to one poor season for no reason, obviously the surgeries and motorcycle accident effected him mentally, if anyone says it didn't then you're either bias or plain retarded, two qualities of Kitten fans.

Speaking of everything in the right place, just so happens Cornhole Carson was placed with great receivers and a solid offensive line, and yet he has no ring. And if you really believe Roethlisberger was in the right place at the right time, atleast he got them to a Superbowl.

F/F - Carson has another cornhole festival to take the mental pain away from listening to his childish and second rate high school mentality players around him and himself.

F/F: This is Brad CHildress' last year with the Vikings

Fiction, Brad is a great offensive coach, he has the talent in the RB and decent recievers, their defense was also impressive, they had the number 1 run d. I think this is a wild card team, I don't think they can claim the NFC North yet. They don't have a solid QB.

NFC South, only 2 quality teams, 1 garbage team and a mediocore team.

Nice fix...not.

It doesn't really matter where you rank the Chiefs and Broncos because when it all comes down to it they are going to split 1-1. Huard played well for the Chiefs when they actually played him and the Jags have questionable QBs while the Chiefs have improved on defense the Broncos have declined. Yeah yeah, they got Dre Bly, who's going to get hurt by Week 2. And lets remember it was the Chiefs that went to the playoffs last year, not the Broncos.

Regardless I'd put the Broncos and Chiefs over the Jags, aside from the duo of Taylor (also injury prone)/MJD they don't have any offensive threats, their receivers may be big but they have a lot to learn.

Fiction. Favre is not that good of a qb anymore and this is coming from a Wisconsinite.

F/F: Favre will finally retire after this season when he breaks all the QB records.

If Favre was a Jaguar....he'd win 3 more Super Bowl Rings.

My black ass.

F/F: Favre will finally retire after this season when he breaks all the QB records.

Fact, that is, when he breaks the single season interception record.

F/F, Tom Brady finishes in the top 5 of MVP voting.

Fact: The voters love Brady, and he's poised to have a great year.

I haven't read all of these, so I'll go a little off the wall.

F/F, The MNF lineup will be a success.

Fiction, I don't think any team will win 12 games except the Pats.

F/F The Rams will be the #1 offense in average yards per game this season.

False, the Saints will. Brees will throw for close 5,000 yards.

F/F Travis Henry will have his 10th child by the 10th different woman from the 5th different state by the end of the season.

Btw, kingofallmedia, you were skipped for horrible joke skills thats been done too many times on this thread.

Unless someone is pregnant right now, I'd say fiction because the season is less than nine months.

F/F, Roger Goodell will suspend at least three more players this year for off the field/ non-football related incidents (and this excludes any current suspension)

Bulger, Jackson, Holt, Bruce < Palmer, Rudi, Chad, Housh

Bulger and Palmer is very close. Palmer has the better deep ball but Bulger is more accurate, very close.

Hah, Rudi Johnson has had the pleasure of running with a great run blocking line for all the time he's been there. Jackson is a more complete running back and will without a doubt have more overall yards then Johnson by the end of the year.

Receivers, Torry Holt is the most consistent wide receiver in the league, I'd give him the edge over Chad, but Housh is a more complete and better receiver then Bruce, too bad his cry baby like behavior prevents him from being a better receiver. As for the rest, well, Cinci can't hold a candle. Bennett, Looker, and McMichael shouldn't even be compared with Chatman, Henry (he'll miss half season so that limits some yardage), and whoever the fuck their tight end is.

Bengals aren't going to get close to the #1 offense in total yardage.
