Under the 'No Illegal Content' section does it, or does it not say We consider any of the following illegal. Nudity/Porn, Kiddie Porn, Warez, Hacking Files, Cracks, Pirated Software, Viruses.

The last time I checked illegal pirated movies fit under the warez category (yes they do, so STFU!). Yet people regularly post links to newly released pirated movies. Why is this allowed?

If I were to go post a bit of lady nipple in the pictures sections I would no doubt be slapped with a hefty ban, yet I could post a link to a pirated movie and hear nothing more about it, it makes no sense! When people posts these movies they are breaking the law, yet nothing is done about it!

Can someone who is part of the staff tell me why this is allowed please?

I never mentioned once anything to do with me being banned, this clearly has nothing to do with anything that has happened to me in the past, and I have no idea how you made that connection! I have never been banned for posting porn if thats what you're thinking!

All I'm saying is, you can't inforce one rule, but not another.

And anyways, who the fuck are you to tell me that I whine too much? Apart from this the only other time I have whined about something was in another thread about the way the admin deal with certain stuff, and I would class that as more of a debate rather than a 'whine'.

I think it's a really good question. I too cannot stand seeing people post links to pirated movies. It's condoning theft. No difference between stealing it online and stealing from Block Buster. If you want to watch the movie, pay for it like the rest of the world. You don't want some actor coming to your place of work and stealing a cheeseburger, much less setting up shop to pass out free value meals, so why are you going to do it to them?

Not that it's relevant because like he said, rules are rules. How are you going to punish for one set of rules but then voluntarily allow the breaking of another...especially something like theft? It's definitely a question that needed to be asked.

We do the best we can to moderate it. We are not perfect, sometimes we miss a few things.
