latly i've been listening to alot of foo fighters, i cannot get anough of them. dave grohl is a genius. however some of my friends do not liek them at all. what are our opinions on this band?

I love the foo fighters. I think Dave Grohl is absolutely amazing. He's one of the best musicians out their today, and hes just simply a genious. He's a kickass drummer, vocalist, and hes good at guitar. Foo fighters are just one of those bands that you can just put in the cd and let it run. No shitty ass songs in between a couple good ones, if you know what i mean. Well thats just my $0.02

Foo-Fighters are freaking amazing. Dave Grohl is a god. He's kickass at every instrument he plays and his vocals are amazing.

Foo Fighters are probably one of my favorite one of my favorite bands today. Dave Grohl is a musical god, a great vocalist, guitarist and drummer. There is not one song of his like I dislike.

The Foo Fighters are a great band but I can't go and say that Grohl is a god at every instrument he's played, He is an average guitarist and a shitty drummer (listen to the Probot album). He has a great vioce and does write catchy songs. The band is also great live. Wow now that i read over that, I really suck at writing.

Meh, to me, they suck. Anyway, they stole their name from the spotted UFOs in WW2 that would fly along with fighter pilots called the foo fighters. so that just annoys me.

Yes, he played on Songs for The Deaf, which is a great album.

They are in the process of making a new one, someone else is one drums, and Nick(their bass player) has left.
