the radio host is a man named Phil Hendrie, who does the voices of the peopel he "interviews." The "guest" of the show who is talking about avoiding cops by waxing his car so they cant detect him is actually the host of the show doing the voice. Phil always does voices of people with stupid ideas, plans, theories and etc. for about 10-15 minutes to anger people and then people call in and fight with the voice he does. Alot of people listening to the radio dont know hes doing the voices and the "guest" doesnt exist so theyll call in. The listeners who know its all fake have a good time listening to the idiots who think its real.

"A radio station in California is having a discussion on the air about how to get out of speeding tickets when a listener calls in and decides to offer advice. The longer this clip goes on the nuttier this guy gets. The clip goes on for 30 minutes so grab a snack and sit down for a while."
and explain how he does the voice and all so all the visitors on this site arent mislead and get more fun out of the idiots calling in.
