Usually 3x the mean base average of your age, the median GDP per capita of surrounding cities plus your last paycheck divided by the time of day you call using a 24hr clock.
Why would anyone know what you'll pay for insurance? It depends on how much you suck at driving and if you live in a shithole where people play bumper cars.

It depends on your insurance company (usually you can get a quote from them online) and your driving record, etc. Where I may pay 1000 bucks a year on a car, my friend might pay 1500 for the same car.
We get to see all these fancy commercials for allstate insurance, Geicko insurance, whatever the other one is, and none of them are offered in Massachusetts.
Bastards.

No they only had one engine, the 260HP LT1 derived from the Corvette...but with the reverse-coolant design, 2-bolt main, iron heads (vs alum in the 'vette), and a torquer cam (330ft/lb tq @ 3200rpm).
You are thinking of the 9C1 Caprices, 9C1 being the Police Package. They came in at least two different engines, the 5.0L 305 or the 350 LT1. IIRC you can tell which motor it has by knowing the number on the VIN (maybe...like the 7th number in the VIN?). Visit 9C1.com for the real details cuz I really ain't the most knowledgeable with these cars...

haha, we can't do shit.
Everything is expensive when it comes to vehicles. You have requirements on your minimum insurance plan coverage. My buddy in Ohio paid like 70 bucks a year to insure his bike. No way something like that would happen here. It sucks, but at least it's not canada. :)

I definitely want a Impala SS, and/or a Buick Regal GNX. Two cars that are badass in every way.
