How to use pc sound for prank?

How can somebody call somebody online and let them hear what u press on ur pc's sound board? Like without putting the phone to the speaker... just letting them hear what u hear on ur pc?

Unless youre calling with VoIP or have something where you can connect your phone to your pc, it's not possible.
