Crying Wolf
Laughing Octopus
Raven
Screaming Mantis

Looks like they've meshed together some old bosses. Screaming Mantis obviously being somehow connected to Psycho Mantis. Laughing Octopus looks like they took Solidus Snake's back and put it on some dead chick.. Raging Raven looks a homage to Vulcan Raven and Crying Wolf just looks like a homage to Sniper Wolf.

Hideo did it once again, I'm completely amazed at these new enemies. I really didn't expect too see such awesome looking bosses, the game keeps getting better and better, wonder what else they are hidding from us.

Wow, I guess that huge chick floating in the air is the bad guy (girl) of this game. I really like the design of those enemies, very orginal.

Raven huh? wonder if he has anything to do with Raven from MGS on PS1. im assuming all of these bosses are all new types of Metal Gears. would make sense. seems like a kick ass game

btw is this game only going to be on PS3? if so...im fucked

The new bosses are dead soldiers whose mind has been taken and put into a metal like body so they can sustain life. They're called beasts and they are indeed basically the bosses from the first game.

Crying wolf is Sniper wolf.

Laughing Octopus seems to be Solidus with something else.

Raging Raven is Vulcan Raven.

And Screaming Mantis is psycho mantis.

I don't know if those are them in the bodies but are definetely made after those 4. I thought it was stupid once I saw the first one, but I soon realized these things are fucking SWEET after watching the full trailer. Hideo definetely has outdone himself once again.
