I have a question about .wmv files

Everytime I try to play .wmv files now, it says "server not found" for ever single one. I tried everywhere making sure it wasn't just the site, but I think my Windows Media Player might be messed up. Anyone know whats up and what I should do about it? Should I reinstall Windows Media Player? plz help.

Yes, reinstall it. Make sure to get the newest version; your's might be out of date.
