Haha, I love those trailers. I can't wait for TF2 either, the original Team Fortress was the first Half Life mod that I ever played.

I like all the comedy and stuff for this game, but does the actual game sort of look a bit too much like a chaotic frag-fest?

Yes, that may prevent me from getting it. That, and the games I want for 360 that are coming out at relatively the same time.

Team Fortress is pretty much just an addictive mindless online shooter, a very simplistic version of Counter-Strike


But it's fun as hell.

Eh, it's not really mindless, your entire strategy/tactics change a LOT depending on your class. But yeah, it's kinda a frag fest, but it still manages to be a lot of fun. Plus it's pretty much a big, violent game of capture the flag and can get pretty tense at times. Almost always a blast.
