What's the best way to play a sounboard through skype?

I'm pretty sure if you set your sound recording settings to "wave out" instead of "microphone" that'll work. But I'm not positive, I haven't used skype in a while.

Follow that guide, the person will still hear an echo of themselves but there is no know way to avoid that without having 2 soundcards or a phone that connects to your PC.

You can get a soundcard for as cheap as $5 and a solid soundcard for less than $10. If you are serious about recording you prank calls with solid sound quality, it is a very wise and afforable investment.
