yeah I paid $25 for premium, and I'm still pissed that I see ads all over the main page (the pudding page).

under your service agreement it is stated that I can enjoy a "total ad free experience".

Where is my ad free experience eBaum or HandHeld Entertainment?

I don't give a damn about ONE banner ad on the forums. That's all that goes away with my $25 purchase. What about all the horrible ads on the mainpage?

Oh yeah, and I still get popups when logged in, but only on the mainpage. I have NEVER gotten a popup on the forums(logged in or not). So why does it say that I will have no more popups?

This is a serious question of mine, and I hope that whoever is in charge actually takes a serious look at this, as other members are also feeling ripped off or cheated.

Kind of makes me feel like one of your millions of whores who do nothing but make money for you guys and then we get the crap kicked out of us if we complain or bring a legitimate concern to your attention.

I think ad-free meant only the forums. Because before we could never log into the main page.

Yeah it's the ad-free forums you get from Premium.

^He's right

You're a premium member of the forums. There is no sush thing as premium for the mainpage and the media that comes with it

The no ads are for the forum, not for the main page of the website. We apologize if it had caused an inconvenience for you. If the ads bother that much, you should consider getting Firefox.

So you bought prem so you wouldn't get any pop-ups? Ever heard of a pop-up blocker? It's free.

i see, i see. i guess the part that threw me off was the "no pops" part of the ad free experience. to this day i have never seen a pop up or pop under add on the forums, only the main page. it's all good. thanks for not being a dick caveman.

and i paid for premium because i wanted all the "special powers" only premium members get. i soon found out that they aren't that special.

Try firefox+adblock plus. result (http://img207.imageshack.us/my.php?image=ebwnoadslx6.jpg)
I turn it off on some sites, if they don't have excessive ads. Webmasters still need to earn some money ;)
