Technical computer question

On a windows xp, in the "run" option from the start menu, I need to know what I need to type and do to make it so windows manages my wireless networks. Right now I have software that came with my Linksys Wireless-G USB Adapter with Speedbooster managing my connections.

got to run and type services.msc then scroll down to wireless zero configuration and either start it or stop it
