Looking for this animation

And it's a army of yellow people. Marching, and has a guy up on the stage yell off orders in german(Not to sure about the language lol). They people dont have that much facial features either. The army kind of resembles the 3rd reich/hitler/w/e you want to call it.
It was posted here before. It used to be on newgrounds..cant find it there anymore.

I cant find it on google either lol.
