im kinda new to this. could some one please help me.
i need to create a navigation bar like the one in http://www.mooking.com/ the way how you move over "A" and "about me" appears on the right.

you need flash mx. I recomened getting it with Supr Nova (and no thats not a typo) Suprnova.org
