I'm not near as good as Robo (the dude in the vid), since he is like one of the top players in the world. I'm pretty good though, at least I think. But I thought it'd be cool to make some videos of some songs on Pop'n Music which are also on DDR, so some of you might know them already. I made an old video on here where I played with gloves, but for some reason too many people bitched about that so this time I just play with bare hands.
Oh, and a common misconception is that people like me memorize the notes or play the game constantly. Well, I can understand people thinking that I memorize the notes because you have to memorize notes when playing an instrument, but since the notes just fall down on the screen and you're supposed to press them when they hit a certain line you often don't need to have any of a song memorized.
As for playing the game constantly.. I have like 8-13 games in my room, total. I don't play video games that often, and don't play this game that often either (like a few hours a week sometimes, when I get really into it maybe like 5 haha) so think about how much time people put into a game like Everquest or some other MMORPG and that much time in a week seems really insignificant. It's just a fun hobby.
