Sorry, just excited and had to gloat somewhere.

The next few weeks are going to be a gaming paradise of Bioshock, Crysis, COD4, Company of Heroes, UT3, Quake Wars, etc etc etc (the list goes on, you know)

Chya, thanks. The 8800GT won't be able to pull out the highest settings on it, but it'll be damn close. (It IS a little depressing knowing I already can't do a game on the highest settings, but ah well, it's friggin Crysis, and the settings there are ridiculous, as we all know) When the prices go down a bit I'll add in a second GT for SLI. For being on a budget I did VERY well (the whole rig is about $1300, and the monitor was a big chunk of that)

watch out for dust, i recommend making filters...because it gets crazy airflow.

^^^ That's what it's actually called. The manufacturer makes it pre-OC'd, safer than doing it yourself.

Vista Ultimate runs so slow on my computer. And my comp doesn't suck, I play TF2 and shit like that. Of course, I only have 1 gig of RAM. :( Still, XP runs good with only 512MB. Fucked up system requirements for a fancy/buggy OS.
XP runs so much better.

Yeah lol I put the system below in my sig for, now, total $1500.

This includes everything listed there including the upgrade to 4GB of ram. Also that includes $100 for mouse and keyboard (1337 ones lol) and $50 speakers and $200 for monitor.

I made out with $1300 because I ordered a lot of it over time, cashing in on special deals and promo codes. I saved over $100 on the monitor, another $95 on the case, around $80 on the PSU... I got very lucky, but I also had a lot of patience lulz

Yeah I hear they're going to redo the names, both to avoid confusion with Radeon cards and to simplify their lines. I also hear the new cards are supposed to come out sometime mid-summer

Yeah if you hit up slickdeals.net and pricewatch.com you can find some good deals on computer hardware and can make a kickass PC for even less than Newegg alone.
