Starcraft battle.net still being used?

I saw the Starcraft Battle Chest at walmart for $18, and I'm wondering how populated the battle.net servers are with Starcraft players. Are there still a lot of people playing this game online? The game is almost 10 years old, so I don't want to be stuck in an empty room with nobody joining games.

Otherwise I'll 'obtain' the game through other means and stick with the single player mode.

people still play starcraft, i load a bot in a clan thats about it but theres still people who game

its not played as much anymore, but theres still enough to find a game pretty quick

Fuck, I tried going on Diablo 1 a couple weeks ago, still plenty of servers there lol

I play StarCraft almost daily still. It's really easy to get a full house in a game. Better than most old games.

Starcraft still has it's share of players.

Hell it's practically the official sport of South Korea and some other countries!

It sucks that nobody seems to play some of the good old UMS maps though.
