How do I upload or paste an image to my post

Could someone give me a step by step tutorial on this?

Go to imageshack.us
Press browse and look for the picture you want to post from your computer
Once found press host it.
Imagesack will come back with several links
Cut and paste the "Hotlink for forums (1)" link (for full size image) into your post
Done this way you don't need to add tags as they are already in place for you
