You didn't like Mario 64? That was probably the first and last truly good 3d platformer though.

I haven't really seen much of the game, for some reason it looks really short and not very deep. It also seems like you just travel to small little planets and run around on them like a giant ball. I'm assuming I am wrong since it's getting good scores and everyone is talking about it. I also saw that it says "1-2 players", what does that mean besides the obvious? Split screen? Turn based?

I played a demo of this game a little while back, and personally, I wasn't too impressed. It isnt that big of a jump from mario 64 with how it plays.

Some cool things like walking around planets how perspective changes and all that, but for an 'epic title' absolutley not.

Mostly more of the same run, jump, collect coins and stars. And thats fine becuase thats what works for Mario titles, I just thought they were going to make it much more different than they did.

Then again, it was only a demo, so I guess i'll see it when it hits shelves.

It was fun for about 2 minutes, but then I got really bored.

There's something about most 3D platformers that I find really boring :(
