Upload Button Missing

I uploaded two things yesterday, and when I was about to upload a third, I realized that the Upload Media button was gone. I tried everything...refreshing, logging out, deleting cookies, etc. but still no upload media button. The button appears momentarily when I refresh the page, but once the page fully loads the button disappears again. There are screen shots of what I'm talking about below. You'll notice that in the first screenshot the Upload button is there and grayed out, but that it's not there at all in the second screenshot, once the "Category" and "Tags" fields load. What's going on?

I haven't been able to upload anything at all since then. It doesn't seem right.

The Upload Media button didn't come back even after I uploaded a file. I tried that a few times before, but I'll try again and post a screenshot.

Ok, now it's doing something else that's weird (or maybe it was doing that before when I was attempting to make uploads and I just didn't notice). It says "Upload Complete" after the file finishes uploading, but the browse and upload buttons still show and the file name doesn't show as usual. Also, the Upload Media button still fails to appear (and I've tried filling out all the fields, too).

I don't know what the problem was, but anyway, it seems to be working fine now. Thanks for looking into things. :D

This has been happening to me for the past three days. It says "upload complete", but doesn't show the file name or anything, the upload button is borked and no new uploads show up in my profile.
