First Xbox 360 Game To Get

So I've been thinking about getting an Xbox 360 so I gotta choose a good first game to get. It needs to have a really high replay value.

I've played GH3 enough.
Rock Band is too expensive.
I'll get COD4 when I get live.
I'll get Halo 3 when I get live.
Apparently Assassins Creed has a low replay value so I'll get it another time.
I'm not interested in Bioshock.
I'm not interested in Mass Effect.
If I got the Orange Box I would only play Portal, so fuck that.

What does that leave?

Is Rock Band too expensive? If not, buy that.

If it is, buy GH3. Bioshock is shit for replayability. Mass Effect is better than Bioshock in terms of replayability, but none of them are as good as Rock Band or GH3.

yo, when you get your xbox, i believe you get 1 month of xbox live free. pick up a game, and man seriously, get a fucking year subscription to xbox live. it makes it that much better. but if you want solid single player, go for mass effect or bioshock, i dont know what youd have against those games.

From what I hear, COD4 gets boring pretty quickly. When I had Call of Duty 2, I never spent more than 3 hours tops playing the online, it just got too boring for me. Halo, on the other hand, I log in at least 3 hours a night playing. It's that kind of game.

Despite all vast prejudices against being a game that comes with the console, Marvel Ultimate Alliance is tits. And I've heard good things about Dead Rising.

PGR4 - Multiplayer Length/Length (You'll be there for an easy month or two)
