Problem with password forgotten in eBaumsworld

There seems to be a problem with the " forgot password " in eBaumsworld. When I click on it it just keeps saying that email failed. Why is that? My other account cannot be used because of this problem. Now when I attempt to log in under my other account nothing happens and I have received no email from the admin. Can anyone help me?

Your account also might have been pruned (assuming they prune old or inactive accounts). Also are you sure it's not jumping to the spam / bulk folder?
