Why people choose to vote for a particular candidate is irrelevant. I would rather have people out doing something instead of not voting at all, whether I agree with their thinking or not. I don't really think this is anything new. People have been doing this for as long as I can remember, only this time instead of it being "because he is pro-choice" or "because he isn't George Bush" it is "because she is a woman" or "because he is black". To me it is just as stupid to vote for someone because of one particular issue when there are thousands of things at stake as it is to vote for someone because they are female or black. But that is just my opinion.

If i were 18-23 id vote for paul, his dream is noble but not realistic by any means. I think its great he wants to stop these assholes in the beltway but realistically ron paul is a flake.
