I was considering buying Vice City off Steam. Does anyone have it off Steam because I was wondering if it has built-in multiplayer and if you can get custom player skins.

You an definately get it off steam, i reccommend the whole rockstar games pack.

not sure if it comes with all the extra shit you said, it should still be modd-able, though.

I hope it is. When I had the ISO of it, I had soo many skins for Tommy. I dont wanna download it though because it was too much of a pain in the ass with the No-CD patch and shit.
