ok so... my fatigue is permanately stuck at like.... 34/200 something... i'm not poisoned, disease free, and i've hadn't the slightest idea what to do.. if i am diseased and don't know it what should i do (although i wouldda been a vampire by now) any info helps :)

I am not sure at all but this might help
go to the menu that shows your major stats(strength, willpower, speed, ect) and see of any of them are red and extremely low. If so just get some potions to restore that catagory(restore willpower or whatever) and use that til its back to normal and colored black.

it used to be, but they went away... i even drank a pot to resto fatigue... nothing is red :(

one time in morrowind my character was near maxed out for light armor and one day i loaded it up and his light armor skill had gone to 0. i was real far in the game and had tons of cash so i justed trained it back up

More like expansion and a half. Anyway, try gaining a level and putting points into willpower or strength, to increase your max fatigue. See if that works.
Or, alternatively, you could load a save from not too long ago.
And if that doesn't work, just use a cheat to restore all your fatigue. The fact that you cheated is outweighed by the fact that you don't have to play the rest of the game with 34 fatigue.

nope.. just a glitch, and i found a mod that gives me this ring thingy, and i can restore whatever stats are glitched... everything checks out alright... I also finally beat that game... gooood story... later, time to go see cloverfield with some people.
